1. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • There may be certain countries where we require further information in order to ship to you.
  • UAE customers - Please provide a PO Box Number and contact number, otherwise we cannot send your order.

  • Shipping within the UK typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
  • Shipping to Europe typically takes 7 to 10 business days.
  • Shipping to the US/Canada takes 7 to 10 business days.
  • Shipping to the Rest of World typically takes 7-14 business days.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

  • We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • If you believe your package has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
